I’ve been vegan for years, and I greatly care about being proactive towards my health and the environment.
I strive to encourage people to work on their mental health and physical health. The food that we put into out body matters. As an athlete, I view food as fuel.
I help people build healthy habits around food. – or better understand and address unhealthy habits.
People who work with me can learn about mindfulness when it comes to food, which increases awareness and improves their relationship to food. They can also learn about what it means to be an intuitive eater.
Since I’m not a not a nutritionist or dietitian, I highly recommend that people contact another professional when they want to work directly on their nutrition and diet goals.
