Would you like to work on building up healthy habits that reflect your goals?

When I work with people, we talk about what they care to address and where they’d like to see themselves.

After that, we come up with a plan. A literal plan that I type up. It includes “problems or symptoms,” “objectives or desired outcomes,” and “actionable steps or interventions.”

When it comes to people’s goals, I help them make sure that it’s appropriate and we use the S.M.A.R.T. goal framework.

For the steps or interventions, I first ask what they have already tried and what they have found helpful. What already works for the person is added into the plan.

Next, I discuss with them steps or interventions that I recommend. This work takes place during the initial session and all throughout our time together.
